Submission Guidelines
Abstract Format
Abstracts must be limited to 250 words, clearly stating the research objective, methodology, key findings, and policy implications. Use standard academic English (UK or US, consistently). Avoid abbreviations in the title.
Presentation Modes
Oral Presentation: 15-minute presentation + 5-minute
Q&A.
Poster Presentation: A0 size, vertical format, displayed in the
ICSR Grand Gallery.
Thematic Alignment
All submissions must clearly indicate the primary focal theme (AI, Water, Energy, Battery, or Plastics). Cross-cutting submissions are accepted under the most relevant theme with justification.
Review Process
All submissions undergo double-blind peer review by the Scientific Committee. Quality, originality, and relevance to circular economy principles are the primary evaluation criteria.
